The Orchestra Club card is offered in all Orchestra stores in Switzerland. To become a member of the Orchestra Club go to the store nearest you. By joining the Club, for only 30CHF per year or 55CHF every 2 years, you instantly benefit ALL year long from the advantages and prices Club Orchestra. The Club Orchestra card will be given to you directly at checkout.

The Club card is valid in all our Orchestra stores in Switzerland and on our website www.orchestra.ch.

No, the Club Orchestra card is not a payment method. It only allows you to enjoy Club Orchestra benefits.

Your Orchestra Club card must be renewed every year or every 2 years depending on your membership in order to continue to enjoy Orchestra Club benefits.

Therefore, it is possible to renew your Club membership at Orchestra stores where you can enjoy Club benefits immediately.

If the Club Card is lost, the Orchestra store will perform a search in the Orchestra database to identify the customer. If it is part of this database, after verifying his identity (mandatory presentation of an official document), the store will give him a new Club Card in CHF 5 exchange. The old card number will be deactivated and the validity date of the card will not be changed.

The new card will be issued to the cardholder at the same time as the old one.

In the event that the cardholder could not be found in the database, the customer will be required to re-pay for a Club membership with a validity date on the day the new Club Card is created. A new card will be created and given to the customer.

In case of theft of the Club Card, the Orchestra store will perform a search in the Orchestra database to identify the customer. If he/she is part of this database, after verification of his/her identity and the mandatory presentation of the complaint receipt, the store will issue a new Club Card free of charge.

The activation of the gift membership is done in store upon delivery by the recipient of the gift bag including the original receipt of the membership payment and the blank card. The gift membership is valid for 1 or 2 years from the date of activation.

Prices and ordering

You can order all available childcare items at www.orchestra.ch. You can find all the children's and maternity textile in our Orchestra Switzerland stores.

No, there is no minimum order amount. 

In general, yes, subject to availability. However, quantities of promotional or sale-priced products may be limited during the duration of the promotion.

No, for logistical reasons we cannot change an order. Once your order has been sent and confirmed by the system, it cannot be changed or canceled.

After each order a confirmation email will be sent to you.
If an item in your order was to be unavailable, you will be informed by email of the delivery date.

An order confirmation is sent to you automatically after the validation of your order. If you did not receive it, we invite you to check the "spam" or "indeacute" folder of your email box, and to check that you have filled in your email address properly in your customer account.

The delivery time for "Not in stock" items varies depending on availability from our supplier. For more details please contact us by email specifying the item reference.

The Club price is valid for holders of a valid Club card (see section "How to become a Club member?"). If you are a new member, please log in to your personal area and check that you have entered your Club card number correctly. If the problem persists, please contact us.

Delivery

Store delivery is offered.

The package will be delivered to the Orchestra Switzerland store that you select when you place your order. You will be notified via email when it becomes available in store.

Your goods are transported in trucks and vans by private carrier and/or delivered by the Post Office, directly to the door of your apartment or house.

How much does delivery cost?

Cost of delivery of items by Post: from 9CHF per order placed on the website www.orchestra.ch. The price of delivery will be calculated according to the volume and weight of the items ordered. To know the amount you just have to add the items in your cart.

What is the delivery time?

Once your order is complete, it will be delivered to the address of your choice within 3 to 4 business days from the time you receive your package from Products Post.

If the items you order are not in stock, we will send you an email informing you of the delivery time.

Can I have my order delivered in installments?

Orders are delivered in one (1) installment when all items are available. Additional shipping charges will apply if you wish to have your order delivered in multiple shipments.

What are the delivery hours and days?

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on traffic, volume, etc. Delivery at a specific time upon request is not possible. No deliveries are made on Sundays or national or cantonal holidays.

With the exception of a few locations where deliveries are limited on certain days.

What happens if I'm not there when the delivery is made?

If you are absent at the time of the first delivery, a notice of passage is posted by La Poste in the mailbox. This notice indicates the coordinates of the post office where the user can pick up his package. The parcel is available 15 days from the day after the delivery notice. After that, the package will be returned to Orchestra Switzerland.

You can have your order delivered to a neighbor living in the same building. Simply indicate his or her contact information below your delivery address when you place your order.

For deliveries to a neighbor's home, please contact your local supplier.

For furniture deliveries, if you are absent on the day of delivery, additional charges will apply for the second delivery of your order.

Despite all the care taken in the preparation of your package, it is possible that during transport, it or part of it may be damaged. If during the reception you notice that the packaging of the package is damaged, refuse it and inform us within 24 hours following the reception. Any damaged package must not be opened!

Packaging

To protect your purchases during transport, we carefully pack:

- your items in cartons
- fragile products in extra protection

We are particularly attentive to the environment and to this end we recycle all of the packaging we receive and repackage a large portion as shipping packaging. We are very proud of the fact that we do not purchase any additional packaging to deliver our orders. This way, we minimize the ecological impact.

Your items are therefore delivered to you in the best possible way.

Your items are therefore packaged in cartons already present in the packaging and transportation circuit.

Plastic protectors: respect for the environment is important to us, so we mainly use recycling material and protective material with "air pockets" (volume: 99% air and 1% polyethylene). You can use it again or just throw it away.

Cardboard protections: the cardboard protection packaging can be recycled in the cardboard recycling bin provided for this purpose. For more information, please contact your local municipality.

Returns

If you change your mind, or if despite all the attention we pay to the quality of our products, you are not satisfied, you have the opportunity to return within 30 days, from the date of receipt, the item or items that do not suit you. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Contact us within 30 days from the date of receipt of your package at contact form or by email info@orchestra.ch.

You will then be emailed a return form to complete.

Please note that no returns are accepted without prior agreement from our service by email and therefore no creation will be made without this agreement.

Please make sure that the goods are in their original packaging with instructions for use and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.

Payment

You can place your order:

  • by credit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Your account will be dé à the order. In case of unavailable Products, the amount of these products will be automatically refunded via the payment method used during the validation of the order.
  • by Post Finance (Post Finance Card and e-finance). The amount of your order will be automatically debited from the corresponding account.
  • by Payment on Invoice: pay your purchases on invoice within 30 days, possibility of payment in several monthly installments.

-   If you have never ordered from us before and you are unknown to our design partner then your maximum order amount is CHF 60.00.

-  Your first order per invoice is maximum 400 CHF (as long as the credit check is not negative). It must have been paid in full and within the time limit in order to be able to access the possibility to pay by invoice again.

- Once you have paid your first invoice, and this within the time limit, you can again pay by invoice and this without limit of the number of orders but up to a maximum cumulative amount of 1300 CHF.

- Minimum order 100CHF for fractional payment.

- You can choose between an invoice by e-mail (3.50CHF) or by post (4.50CHF).

- In case of late payment, reminders will result in an administrative fee of CHF 10.00CHF.

- In case of return of a product following a reacute;traction, the shipping and return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Gift cards and vouchers

All Orchestra gift cards are valid in our Orchestra Switzerland stores. They can only be purchased in store and are not usable on the website www.orchestra.ch.

Gift vouchers purchased at www.orchestra.ch are valid online and in all orchestra stores in Switzerland.
The gift voucher cannot be changed, refunded, even partially refunded, or replaced in case of theft, loss or destruction.

The minimum amount for Orchestra gift cards and checks is 25chf.

Regular questions

Use the SEARCH field with the magnifying glass   "Product, Brand,..." on the home page of our website. Enter a keyword. You can search for a brand, a product name, a characteristic, etc. It is not necessary to differentiate singular/plural, lowercase/uppercase, etc.

Yes, if you are missing a product in our assortment, let us know: info@orchestra.ch ! We will consider your product suggestions to expand our assortment and serve you better. If the product you suggest joins our assortment, you will find it on our home page with the mention « New ».

Create my birth list

In order to be able to access and set up your birth list at any time, you must log in and therefore create a Customer account. If you are already an Orchestra customer, your usual Customer account is sufficient.

To initiate your birth list and make a selection of items, the Club card is not required. However, it will be required for validation.
To purchase the card and take advantage of the very attractive Club prices, go to: Club OrchestraWith the Club card, your family and friends pay the Club price when they give you gifts from your birth list.

At the closing of the birth list, you will receive a voucher worth 10% of the total amount of the items offered. To be redeemed immediately or later. 

When creating your list, you have the option to:

  1. Have all your items delivered to your home (the shipping costs will then be the responsibility of the people offering the gift)
  2. Let your loved ones choose between:
  • Keep in store for parents
  • Receiving the gift at home
  • Exhibit gift to parents
  • Collecting the gift in the store

Once your list is validated by Orchestra, you can, via your account in "I manage my list" share the link directly with your family and friends. You can even personalize your message.

Log in to your account. Browse our online catalog or use our sélection on "L'essentiel de bébé" to make your choice. Then in each product sheet, click on the "Add to my baby list" button in pink to add it to your list, remembering to specify the size and or color if needed.

Yes, you can tell your friends and family what your "Favorite" items are. As soon as the item appears in your birth list, you can give it the "Favorite" status by activating the small canvas in the item's box.

All your "Favorite" items will appear at the top of the list. Convenient to inform your friends and family about the items you care about.

To fill in your Club Card number, log in and go to "My Details" to specify your Club Card number.

When creating your birth list, you will be able to write a personal message to your family and friends. It will appear in the page visible online for your relatives. You will be able to modify it until the validation of this one.

You can add or remove an item from your birth list throughout the creation process. To do so, simply log in and go to "I manage my list."

However, once this one is validated, to modify it, you will have to make a request via the online form. You can access it by going to "I manage my list" and then to "Follow-up on my list".

Gift vouchers are vouchers donated by your family and friends. The total amount is created as you go along on your list. The gift certificate will be given to you at the end of your list. You can then enjoy it online or in our stores.

Your loved ones benefit from Club pricing when they give you gifts from your baby list without having a Club card.

Participate in a birth list

To participate in a null birth list, need to create an account.

To participate in a birth list, you do not need to have a Club Orchestra card. However, you do benefit from Club prizes for parents.

This depends on the parents' choice. If they chose to have all the items on their list delivered to their home, you will not be able to receive your gift at home.

Now that all of your loved ones know about your birth list, they can make you happy and participate. You can see their contributions from your customer account. In your list, on each item purchased, a "Free" label will be displayed and you will be able to see who has participated.

Parents have the option of having all items delivered to their home. If they have not opted for this choice, then you have the option of:

  • Keep in store for parents
  • Receive the gift at home
  • Exhibit the gift to parents
  • Collecting the gift in the store
