To reduce the risk of injury to a child in the rear-facing position, the fully integrated anti-bounce bar helps to; absorb the energy of the impact, reducing the movement of the rearward-facing seat by up to 40% in the event of a frontal impact. We want to ensure that children remain in a rearward-facing position for as long as possible. The Turn2Me DLX i-Size R129 therefore features a two-stage safety control for forward facing, which requires additional deactivation before this mode can be activated. So no matter who puts your child in the car seat, you can be sure that it's facing the right way. The side impact protection module attaches to either side of the Turn2Me DLX i-Size R129. In the event of a collision, it reduces the impact and better protects your child's head, neck and spine. The one-click ISOFIX installation and the 12-position strut are accompanied by colour-coded indicators that eliminate any uncertainty during the installation process.
