It consists of a soft belt (made of organic tetra cotton) containing a small bag filled with rapeseed and lavender that can be removed and heated in the microwave.

• Take the small bag of seeds out of the cover and heat it in the microwave à 700 watts for 45 seconds. Remove it and check the temperature. If the desired temperature is not yet reached, put it back in the microwave for 15 seconds.
• Place a glass of water in the microwave while you heat the seed pad.
• Always check the temperature of the hot water bottle before using it.
• The belt is machine washable à 30°C.
• Do not put in the sèche-linge
• Caution: the small seed cushion is not machine safe.
• Store the product in a cool, dry place.
