For greater comfort, Deuter has implemented its Aircontact technology: hollow foam blocks are in contact with the wearer's back. In addition to absorbing shocks and thus ensuring more stability, these blocks in motion "pump" the air between them and ensure a sweat evacuation up to 15% more efficient than on a standard backpacking carrier according to the brand.
Finally, access to the carrier is on the side, not the top: you won't ruin your back pulling your child out of the harness.

Again, it's all about adjustment: the child's seat can be adjusted neatly and easily to fit his or her body type. The safety belt is very safe but does not protect the child.
