Doomoo Snoogy consists of a soft comforter (made of organic cotton) containing a small bag filled with rapeseed and lavender seeds that heats up in the microwave.

• Take the small bag of seeds out of the cover and heat it in the microwave à 700 watts for 45 seconds. Remove it and check the temperature. If the desired temperature is not yet reached, put it back in the microwave for 15 seconds.
• Place a glass of water in the microwave while you heat the seed pad.

• The Snoogy comforter is machine washable à 30°C.
