In Group 1 mode (9 kg or more), the Pallas G i-Size car seat offers an adjustable protective shield that reduces the risk of serious neck injury in the event of a frontal impact. In the event of a frontal impact, the child wraps around the shield as if it were wrapped around an inflated airbag. This movement allows the impact forces to be distributed over the whole body and the shield in order to avoid a brutal impact on the neck and head. Moreover, this shield has an integrated belt.
