The Avan car seat has been developed to be positioned with its back to the road in the car only. It can be installed in 2 different ways:

• With the vehicle's 3-point safety belt, slid under the belt guides and wedged into the back of the shell.
• On a branded Isofix base, compatible with all Avan and Kio models (sold separately) thanks to its modular system.

You can use this safety device from birth until your child is 15 months old, or until they reach 83 cm. To make sure your baby is comfortable from the very first days, the Avan is fitted with a newborn insert that can be removed later.
